I booked the same suite online, and it came with a nice balcony and a really comfy bed. 😊.

This place has a fantastic location that's within walking distance to a cinema and a college. Plus, it's also close to a casino and some great pubs. 🎉.

Will not be coming back

In general: This was my third stay at this hotel and my husband and I will not be coming back again. The people at the front desk were rude and not nice upon our arrival and the room was disgusting. For the price of just one night, was not even close to worth it. Location and surroundings: The location of the hotel is good, close to town and shopping Service: The front desk staff was really rude to us when we first walked in. We arrived around 1:30 from a five hour car ride to be told “we don’t check in until 4:00”. OK, my actual reservation said 3:00. Whereas I had to show them my phone for proof. Who gets off charging $335.00 a night with a 4:00 check in and an 11:00 check out? They finally agreed to let us check in at 3:00 but made us wait in the lobby for 48 minutes until it was literally 3:00, not a minute before! Dining: We did not eat at the hotel Room: They gave us a handicapped room even though neither my husband and I are handicapped, which meant lower sinks and little room in the shower. Both the sink and the shower drain were so clogged, I couldn’t even take a shower there. Frankly, it was disgusting.

Location was very convenient for walking to stores, restaurants and park. Amenities provided by hotel were well recieved. Provided breakfast was very good, with many items to choose from.

Could not think of anything negative.

Everything. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Location great very near to shops and restaurants. Main Street of Saratoga really pretty with some great shops. Easy access by car to touristy places. All staff really welcoming and friendly.

Loved the atmosphere and caring staff

Everything about our stay was perfect! We truly loved our time there. the decor was impressive and the amenities were great, including a lovely balcony to enjoy. Plus, the service was outstanding!

The decor was amazing. There were a lot of great amenities like a pool, hot tub, and gym. Complimentary breakfast was also nice.

The only complaint I have was the water temperature when I was showering. The water was either too hot or too cold and I could never get it just right.

This hotel features stylish, brand-new rooms with balconies and is conveniently located near the racetrack.

The staff at this hotel was exceptionally friendly. My husband and I travel all over the world and care a lot about the comfort and ambience of the accommodations. We usually avoid chain hotels but on this trip we were traveling with a group our children and grandchild and needed the flexibility of two queen beds in each room and the convenience of walking to the shops, restaurant and Congress Park. We were very impressed with the superior amenities as well as the friendly and helpful staff. If we return by ourselves we would stay here again.

I really liked my room with the updated balcony - it was a nice touch! the location is awesome, super close to a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops. You can easily walk to the City Center and downtown area. 🌟

The eggs at breakfast are horrible and they should stay open until 11:am
